In partnership with England Hockey, Active Norfolk have employed a Hockey Development Officer within Norfolk since October 2005.

The Hockey Development Officer works to implement the Norfolk Hockey Development Plan, working closely alongside the Norfolk Hockey Development Group, the England Hockey East Office and colleagues within Active Norfolk.

This involves delivering the core objectives of the England Hockey's whole sport plan locally, by bringing more young people into the sport, developing our thriving club infrastructure and helping to set up the player pathways that will enable us to achieve international success.
