1.     ALL fixtures must be completed by the 27th March 2010 as it is impossible to move the date of either the League Management AGM or the NHA AGM.
2.     If your Club wishes to make any rule changes or amendments, please send them to me by post not later than Monday, 8th March. You will need to state the rule, and write precisely how you wish to amend or rewrite it.
3.     The Results Co-ordinator is on holiday this week. She will update the result sheet on her return. You MUST continue to text your results as normal.
4.     The Results Co-ordinator asks all Clubs to continue to monitor the results sheets and to inform her of any mistakes as soon as possible.
5.     Team Captains are responsible for ensuring that all goal scorers are listed on the team sheet. It is not the responsibility of the Division Secretary to chase up missing names.
6.     Please let me know by post by Monday, 8th March if your Club would like to enter a new team into the League next season.
7.     Please let me know by post by Monday 8th March if your Club is considering withdrawing a team next season.
8.     Please let me know by post by Monday, 8th March if your Club wishes to make any kit changes next season.
9.     Next season the composition of the Norfolk Leagues will depend on the East’s decision on how many of their teams they are to relegate. Each Norfolk League should have ten teams in order to get through the fixtures. This means that next season there is a possibility that more than two teams could be relegated within the Norfolk setup. More information will be given on this as we know it.
10.  England Hockey has asked the Committee to remind ALL Clubs that no girl under the age of 13 is permitted to play for an adult team in an adult league.
11.  Complaints have been made that some teams are not wearing the proper Club kit and some players are wearing shirts without numbers. ALL teams should be dressed as registered by the Club in the handbook.
12.  The Committee would like to congratulate Panthers on their new kit.
13.  There will be an umpires training course at Pelicans on 28.2.10. And another at UEA on 11th & 18th MArch. More details are available on the web site.
14.  Whilst all Clubs are willing to help by providing an additional umpire, teams should not be requesting umpires from their opponents if they have qualified umpires playing in the match.
