Candidate Level-1 umpires are members of NHUA from the date of their theory pass to the end of that season in which they become fully qualified, as part of the L1 course registration fee.
Note: It is a condition for membership of Regional and National Umpiring Associations that the member is also a current member of their home county umpiring association.
